ver 99.J 05-24-92
Changed debug file handling. Prior versions automatically created
a file called MDEBUG. Beginning with this version, you must invoke
Opus-fam with a -Z command line option if you want to run in debug
mode.
Allowable line number range has been increased from 999 to 32767 for
sort start and end and jump to line# commands.
Importing file descriptions (alt M) now also overwrites
"** No Description **" descriptions.
View contents of ARJ files now supports type 4 ARJ files.
If you have more file areas than can fit on the file area roster screen,
page up/down and home/end keys will allow you to scroll thru the rest of
the areas. I wasn't able to finish coding auto scrolling for hotkey (area
name) selection for this release.
For Opus 1.70 and 1.99(test) only:
-----------------------------------
When moving or copying files to a different area, if the same file
exists in the new area, and permission is granted to overwrite it,
the old entry was sometimes "left hanging around" in the database.
That should be fixed now.
When a file has an alternate path, and is moved or copied to another
area, Opus-FAM will now ask if you want to keep the alternate path
intact. If you answer Yes, the file will be kept in the alternate path
directory, only the file entry will be copied or moved to the new area.
This feature is especially useful when "moving" cd-rom files to another
area.
Fixed problem with Opus 1.99(test) that sometimes left wrong area
numbers when copying files.
